One of the most important aspects of a successful auction is product selection. Due to our vast inventory of sports
and entertainment memorabilia, we are able to select a wide range of items based on the event location and participants in
the event.
Price points are another key to a successful auction. Your orginazation will be receiving items well below retail
prices, so low opening bids will encourage people to participate. Once the bidding wars begin,
often times egos get involved and prices soar. That means more money for the individual Charity.
Also, we will provide items at different price levels to meet the needs of all participants. One of the most common
mistakes is having items only affordable to a small percentage of the participants. This is insulting to those who can't
afford the items, and usually leads to an unsuccessful auction.
Our items usually range from opening bids of $75-$500, and everything in between. Of course we discuss this with
you in detail during your preliminary consultation.
Appearance, Professionalism, and Knowledge play a major role as well. My Sports Heaven conducts show and auction
appearnces on a consistant basis. We have all the essential displays and marketing products to create an auction setup
that is both visually appealing and practical for the location.
As a staff, we realize the importance of each event to the individual charity organization. We pride ourselves on
extensive knowledge of our product line and friendly interaction with the auction participants.
