- If you are interested in purchasing
anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item(s) to your shopping cart. Online purchases can be made
using all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AE, Discover), or you may call our Toll Free number 1-877-987-3635
or our direct office number 1-252-937-3015 to place a phone order.

order/cashiers check or personal check (5-7 business days to clear), please call us or email us at questions@MySportsHeaven.com if you have further
questions about payment.
Returns
*If you receive your merchandise and it is damaged, contact us within 5 business days and your item will be replaced
or you will receive a full refund. Call (877) 987-3635 or email returns@mysportsheaven.com .We will try to replace the merchandise first, however if it is a unique piece that cannot be replaced we will give a full
refund to the customer. All of our merchandise is sent with insurance, so any damage that occurs during transport needs
to be reported to us as soon as possible so we can contact the carrier.
If you receive your order and you are simply unhappy with the purchase, you must contact us within 5 business days to
receive a refund. You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise, but you will be responsible for all shipping
charges.
Authenticity
My Sports Heaven only
sells autographs from the most reputable companies in the Sports Memorabilia business. We are distributors of Steiner
Sports, Upper Deck, Mounted Memories, and Tri Star Productions, each of these companies have contracts with the
athletes and deal with them directly. Some examples of the athletes they represent are: Steiner Sports (Hank Aaron,
Derek Jeter, Muhammad Ali) Upper Deck (Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Lebron James) Mounted Memories (Dan Marino,
John Elway) TriStar (Roger Clemens, Bart Starr). These companies bring the athletes in to sign the products, and
we purchase directly from them to avoid any questions as to the authenticity. Each listing will state which company
produced the piece, and what type of certificate of authenticity and tamper proof hologram it comes with.

The two companies that we use for third party authentication are OnlineCoa
and Global Authentic Inc. (GAI). They provide an online database, with matching serial numbered tamper proof holograms
on the items, where the item information and a picture of the item (OnlineCoa) is stored. You can view each of these

tamper proof holograms from the most reputable companys in the sports memorabilia business such as: Steiner Sports,
Upper Deck, Tristar, Mounted Memories, ect. We only deal with the biggest and most reputable companies to insure our
customers are getting authentic autographs and quality merchandise. All autographs are backed by a full money back guarantee
from My Sports Heaven. We will give a full-refund if the autograph is proven not to be authentic.

by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. No personal information will be given to any other third

All information is protected using SSL encryption.
*My Sports Heaven is also a Square Trade Member as well as a Reliable
Merchants Member. These two organizations provide third party mediation in case buyers are unhappy with a purchase or
do not feel they have been treated fairly. Anotherwords, if you are not happy with a purchase from My Sports Heaven,
and feel we have not resolved the problem to your satisfaction, you can contact one of these two companies to help resolve
the problem.
*Also, if you purchase using PayPal or a Credit Card you can contact
your service provider and they will hold the funds until the problem is resolved.
Shipping
*In-stock items will ship within two business days upon receipt
of payment. Special orders and out-of-stock items will be drop shipped directly from our suppliers or within 48hrs.
of when we receive the item. Shipping cost will be based on the size and weight of the item you are purchasing.
Online purchases will include shipping cost during checkout.
*Items will be sent via insured UPS Ground or USPS priority mail with insurance
and delivery confirmation, depending on size and weight. If you would prefer 2nd day or overnight delivery, please contact
us for additional cost.
